EMG, a Web3 firm in the Emeldi Group, has created the world’s first Super App built on the blockchain. The Super App is a pioneer omnichannel solution. It is the first of its kind, offering an all-in-one destination for instant messaging, video calls, e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), mobile money transfer and peer-to-peer transactions.

“Digital assets like cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based platforms have emerged as powerful tools with the potential to revolutionize the way both businesses and individuals interact and create new opportunities for commerce, trade, and daily transactions. These new technologies present real freedom. Access to some of these services are basic human rights that every person should have,” says EMG Founder and CEO Mark Bystriansky.

The software in the EMG Super App provides users of the app with a simple user interface for starting media and group discussions and audio and video calls. It also offers a decentralized platform that is safe for storing and managing digital assets and also incorporates well-known payment options that include e-wallets and credit cards. It also includes a platform for purchasing and selling other digital assets, such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and a rewards program that pays users for using the app and participating in numerous activities.

“We’re aiming to bridge the massive gap in providing last-mile access to digital finance, reduce the high cost of ownership of mobile devices, enhance the ease of instant mobile messaging communications and provide multiple service options through a one-stop digital e-commerce mobile application with extensible APIs for auxiliary integration to other lifestyle services like GameFi, sports betting, virtual gift cards, e-bill payment and more, which are major pain points for low and medium income countries such as Africa and parts of South America. We believe that we are uniquely positioned to bring positive Web3 blockchain technology adoption to the telecom industry via our products and services. Resulting in significant benefits for the unconnected and bankless populations,” says EMG Founder and CEO Mark Bystriansky.

The EMG Super App is powered by the EMG Coin utility token. The EMG Super App also recently partnered with the Umbria Network to provide a fast and cheap bridging solution to EMG. The integration of Umbria’s bridge widget enables EMG to offer a superior user experience for its community within its platform by providing both fast and cost-effective ways for participants to transfer their crypto assets to different blockchains. It will lower the barriers to entry for Web2 customers transitioning to the Web3 space. In parallel, several ongoing Web3 applications are being developed by the EMG research and development team. With these applications, EMG will target its current European mobile operator customers (T-Mobile, O2 Telefonica, Tesco Mobile, etc.).

The Emeldi Group, founded in 1998, is a privately held company, and leading software provider to the telecommunications industry. Emeldi has spent over 20,000 days, counting on its flagship product, Emeldi Commerce®, an advanced, unified e-commerce and CRM platform tailored for the communications sector. With the introduction of its Web3-enabled EMG Super App, the company aims to bridge the digital divide and connect the unconnected.
